Interested in making your own body butter? Boy have I got the DIY recipe for you! Yea, yea, I know. Gingersnap sounds like something you would want in the fall, but it is one of my FAVORITE scents so I am sharing it with you now!
3/4 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup shea butter
1/2 cup coconut butter
3 tablespoons sweet almond oil
1 teaspoon organic vanilla (I like Mexican cold pressed)
20 drops Ginger EO
8 drops Cinnamon EO
5 drops Clove EO
5 drops Nutmeg EO
1-2 glass jars
In a glass bowl add cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut butter and sweet almond oil. Mix until it is fluffy with a hand mixer.
Add the vanilla and essential oils, mix well.
Transfer the mixture into the glass jars.
See? Now wasn't that the easiest thing ever?! Your skin will feel and smell absolutely AMAZING!
