add all of the ingredients into a refillable scrub brush + keep it in your shower.
1 - 2x per week, lightly scrub the walls + tub and rinse clean. since this is plant-based + non-toxic, you can even do this while you are in the shower!
Try out these diffuser blends for the different signs. The stars * before the oil name indicates how many drops to use. If you prefer a stronger diffusing experience, double the amount of drops.

Ingredients:
+ 1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete
+ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
+ 1/3 cup almond butter
+ 4 Medjool dates, chopped
+ 1/4 cup walnut pieces
+ 3/4 cup shredded carrots
+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
+ 1/4 tsp cloves
+ 1/4 tsp ginger
+ 1-2 drops Thieves vitality (optional)
Directions:
Mix in a food processor until blended. Roll into small size balls then roll in extra protein powder to coat the outside. Makes 15 energy balls. Place in freezer or fridge depending on how fast you down these bad boys.
